"The object of education is to prepare the young to educate themselves throughout their lives” ~ Robert M. Hutchins
The teachers and staff will use SMARTER, our center's educational approach to learning that not only utilizes the basic STEAM philosophy (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) in a fun, play-based, developmentally appropriate learning environment, but will also include Reading and Relationships to develop the whole child.
The SMARTER teaching concept will use Science, Mathematics, Art, Reading, Technology, Engineering and Relationships to tap into children's natural abilities. This will encourage independent learning, curiosity, inquiry and critical thinking skills to help prepare them for a lifetime of learning.
“Play is the highest form of research.” ~Albert Einstein
Our SMARTER approach to learning uses guided play and hands-on experiences to best enhance children's abilities to learn.
