Amanda has dedicated nearly two decades to early childhood education, bringing passion and expertise to her work. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Winona State University and has been an integral part of the Eureka Kids team since 2019. Originally from North Central Iowa, Amanda treasures quality time with her family, including her two daughters, her partner Aaron, and their lovable dog, Doug. Whether relaxing at their cabin, exploring new travel destinations, or sampling craft beers at local breweries, Amanda embraces every opportunity to create memorable experiences.

Jessica Schmeltzer is a dedicated educator with a B.A. in Elementary Education from the College of Saint Benedict. With over 15 years of experience in childcare and education, Jessica has been a valued member of the Eureka Kids team since 2018. Outside of her work with Eureka Kids, Jessica has shared her passion for dance as an instructor at Platinum Studios for over a decade. She is also a proud mom to two daughters. In her free time, Jessica enjoys crafting, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring the great outdoors with her family. Her creative spirit and love for discovery bring a special energy to all that she does.

Laura, a St. Charles native, earned her associate's degree from Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) and has over five years of experience in childcare, starting with babysitting as a child. Since 2021, she has been with Eureka Kids, first as an infant teacher and then as Center Manager, where she has demonstrated strong leadership and a deep commitment to child development. Known for her hardworking and dedicated nature, Laura enjoys hobbies such as puzzles, scrapbooking, and walks, while cherishing quality time with her family. At home, she shares her life with two dogs, Stanley and Winston, and a cat named Arnold.
